Simple terms for using this website and working with Built Quick.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Built Quick website, submit a quote form, or work with Built Quick. By using this website or submitting a quote form, you agree to these terms.
Built Quick provides simple new website design for Australian automotive, workshop, smash repair, detailing, mobile service, and similar businesses.
Our services may include new website design, new website build, contact form setup, basic Google-friendly setup, clean website structure for organic search, hosting, backups, basic updates, form checks, and small cosmetic website changes.
Built Quick does not edit, fix, maintain, migrate, patch, or work inside existing websites.
We try to keep the information on this website clear, accurate, and up to date.
Prices, inclusions, timelines, and services may change over time. If something on the website is incorrect, we may correct it at any time.
The website is provided for general information only. A quote or written agreement from Built Quick will confirm the final scope, price, and timing for your project.
Submitting the quote form does not create a contract.
After you submit the form, we may reply by email to ask for more details, confirm the work, and provide a quote.
A project only starts once Built Quick has confirmed the scope, price, timing, and deposit by email or invoice.
Built Quick is email-only by default.
We usually communicate by email for quotes, project details, content, files, feedback, changes, and approvals.
We do not call you or jump on calls as part of the normal process.
Screenshares, meetings, strategy calls, handover calls, and ongoing check-ins are not part of this offer unless separately agreed in writing.
Built Quick only builds new websites.
We do not edit, repair, maintain, migrate, patch, debug, or work inside existing websites.
If you provide an existing website, we may use it as a reference only.
We do not log into old websites, old hosting accounts, old website builders, plugin dashboards, CMS platforms, or existing website admin areas unless separately agreed in writing.
Website Care only applies to websites Built Quick has built.
A $500 deposit is required to lock your build spot.
The deposit is refundable until the first design draft is provided.
After the first design draft is provided, the deposit is no longer refundable because work has already started.
The remaining balance is due when your new website is ready to go live on your domain.
The website will not be launched, transferred, or handed over until the required balance has been paid, unless Built Quick agrees otherwise in writing.
Website Care is $99 per month and starts from month 2 after your website goes live.
Website Care keeps your Built Quick website hosted, secure, backed up, updated, and online.
Website Care covers hosting, basic website upkeep, backups, basic security updates, form checks, and one small cosmetic update per month.
A small cosmetic update may include changes such as opening hours, email address, small wording edits, or swapping one or two photos.
Website Care is not a marketing retainer. It does not include Google Ads, Facebook or Instagram ads, SEO campaigns, blog writing, blog posting, social media posting, review management, ongoing redesign work, new pages, major redesigns, new features, ongoing marketing work, existing website maintenance, fixing existing websites, logging into old websites, website migrations, calls, meetings, screenshares, or strategy sessions.
Website Care is required for the first 12 months unless Built Quick agrees otherwise in writing.
After the first 12 months, Website Care becomes month-to-month.
You can cancel Website Care after the first 12 months. There are no exit fees.
Your website includes 2 rounds of changes before launch in the first month.
This covers small edits to wording, photos, layout, and details.
Large direction changes, extra pages, new features, new sections, or major redesigns may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, including your business name, services, service area, email address, opening hours, photos, logos, and any other content needed for the website.
You must have the right to use any logos, photos, images, videos, text, documents, or files you provide to Built Quick.
You are responsible for checking that all information on your website is correct before launch.
Logo design is not included in the standard website price.
If you need a logo designed, this will be quoted separately.
If you do not have a logo, we may use a simple text version of your business name unless you choose to proceed with separate logo design.
Built Quick does not provide ecommerce websites, online stores, payment shops, or product checkout systems as part of this offer.
Built Quick may include clean website structure, service wording, location details, and behind-the-scenes setup to help search engines understand your business.
Built Quick does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, leads, enquiries, sales, or business results.
Built Quick does not provide monthly SEO campaigns, blog content, paid ads, social media management, or review management as part of this offer.
Once your project invoices are paid, the new website, words, design, and domain are yours.
If you ever want to move the website somewhere else, we will hand over what you need.
No exit fee applies.
If your website uses enquiry forms, email forwarding, or other connected services, your new provider is responsible for making sure those services continue to work after the move.
You can ask to cancel or move your website to another provider.
If you cancel before the first design draft is provided, your $500 deposit is refundable.
If you cancel after the first design draft is provided, the deposit is not refundable because work has already started.
If you cancel after the website has gone live, Built Quick will help hand over the website to your new provider.
We can keep your website live for up to 60 days while you organise the move. This is called the handover grace period.
During the handover grace period, Website Care is still billed because Built Quick is still keeping the website hosted, backed up, updated, and looked after.
After the handover grace period ends, Built Quick may stop hosting, maintaining, updating, or supporting the website unless another written agreement is made.
If you cancel or move the website before the first 12 months have ended, Built Quick will help with reasonable handover steps, but any unpaid amounts, agreed minimum terms, or handover-period Website Care invoices may still apply.
We aim to build fast, practical, reliable websites.
However, we cannot guarantee that your website will always be online, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Some issues may be caused by third-party services, internet providers, browsers, devices, email providers, or other systems outside our control.
Your website may use third-party services such as domain providers, hosting, email tools, analytics tools, file storage, spam protection, payment tools, or form tools.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limits, outages, or changes.
Built Quick is not responsible for third-party service failures, delays, changes, or outages outside our control.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
Payments may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers have their own terms, fees, and privacy policies.
Late payment may delay the project, launch, support, or ongoing services.
The $500 deposit is refundable until the first design draft is provided.
After that point, refunds are not offered for work already completed or time already spent.
Any other refund request will be considered case by case.
You must not use this website or any Built Quick service to upload, send, publish, or request anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unsafe.
We may refuse or stop work if we believe a project is unsuitable, unlawful, misleading, or outside our offer.
The Built Quick website, design, words, graphics, layout, and branding are owned by Built Quick unless stated otherwise.
You must not copy, reuse, reproduce, or republish Built Quick website content without written permission.
You keep ownership of the material you provide to us.
By sending us material, you give Built Quick permission to use it for your website project and related support.
To the extent allowed by law, Built Quick is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost enquiries, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
